Instruction for Moveable High Shear Pot： Moveable high shear pot combines the functions of homogeneous emulsification machine, high speed dispersion machine and stirrer. Moveable high shear pot with mixing, homogenizing and emulsifying functions has more excellent performance by enhancing the functions of dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing and grinding. Applications: Widely applicable for liquid glue manufacturing in PCB industry and viscous materials treatment in fine chemicals, cosmetic and medication industry, providing rapid and efficient mixing, homogenizing and emulsifying. Working principle： The equipment is a union structure consisted of homogeneous emulsification machine, high speed dispersion machine and stirrer. When the emulsification machine is constantly pumping upward from the bottom of the tank, the anchor type stirrer is vertically cutting the rotating flow from different sections in different height to reduce and twist the fluid velocity in horizontal direction. Containers with different types and specifications can be customized as customers’ demands. The materials can be selected among carbon steel, stainless steel, nitrided steel, tungsten alloy and fluorine lining raw materials to ensure the equipment to meet different requirements under various working conditions, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance.
